If you have tested positive for COVID-19 and are seeking medical advice, please book a telehealth appointment. You may receive a call from a private number for your telehealth appointment. Please do not attend the medical centre.

Medicare Urgent Care Clinic provides free, immediate, treatment and care for patients with or are experiencing non-life-threatening injuries or illnesses. Medicare Urgent Care Clinic is supported by highly skilled independent doctors and nurses, utilising excellent treatment and procedure room facilities.  

Medicare Urgent Care Clinic is open 7 days a week. Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 10:00 pm  Saturday – Sunday 8:00am to 10:00 pm

Call Triple Zero (000) or visit your nearest emergency department if you or someone is experiencing the following:

  • Chest pain or tightness
  • Breathing difficulties
  • Uncontrollable bleeding
  • Severe burns
  • Poisoning
  • Unconsciousness or seizures
  • Numbness or paralysis
  • A life-threatening injury
  • On-going fever in infants
  • Unresponsive
